March the 14th marks the start of a series of eclipses going back and forth between Pisces and Virgo until early 2027. This could open up a whole new chapter personally and on the world stage.
Eclipse seasons kicks off with a very powerful Full Moon In Virgo and Luna eclipse in Virgo, happening on the 14 of March 6.59 GMT. The moon will be 23.58 degrees of Virgo conjunct the south node, if you have any planets or angles within 6 degrees 23.58 of Virgo the bigger effect it will have an your life.
The transiting nodes will be in Virgo and Pisces, take a look where they land in your natal chart, this will determine which areas of your life changes are most likely to happen.
An eclipse season occurs roughly every six months with a solar eclipse followed by or following a lunar eclipse with a fourteen day gap. This months Luna eclipse will be followed by a solar eclipse in Aries on the 29th giving us an opportunity to begin something new, a fresh start. Before this can happen the Luna eclipse will show us whats leaving, ending, what we no longer need.
The energy of the luna eclipse was initiated on the 12th of January when the nodes shifted from the Aries/Libra Axis to Virgo/ Pisces. During the Virgo/Pisces Axis the lesson is to learn how to balance between discrimination and assimilation. Both signs are concerned with healing and completion, perfection and improvement. Virgo works on the physical plane and Pisces on the spiritual. During a Lunar eclipse the emphasis is focused on endings, closures and completions. Sometimes endings can be dramatic or at least appear that way when its happening, a relationship might end, a job lost, your home environment changes, these things may appear dramatic at the time but pave the way for something new, better, more aligned with your new purpose or direction in life. On a positive note it can be easy to let go of something, a relationship, an addictive habit anything that has been difficult to end can now be done with ease, dropped as if it never truly existed or affected us. Thats the power of an eclipse.
Chart for full Moon In Virgo Luna eclipse

At the beginning of March we saw a line up of planets in Pisces; Sun, Mercury, Saturn, Neptune and the North node all influencing the Piscean energy. Pisces evokes spiritual growth, loving kindness, forgiveness and compassion. It inspires creativity, imagination intuition, dreams and letting go. The North Node in Pisces is offering an opportunity to let go of anything that no longer serves it purpose, but letting go can be difficult, painful, letting go unusually involves some sort of change and in general most people don’t feel comfortable with change.
The South node in Virgo is the area to let go. Virgo is concerned with health the digestive system, day to day activities and work. Virgos have an eye for detail, good at sorting the wheat from the chaff and like to be of service. It could be a good time to change your diet or implement a new exercise regime, its the small day -to -day choices that make a difference in our lives, Virgo energy is excellent to tune into for this. If it’s a life situation which is more challenging, you’ve had something removed, especially if its out of your control, it can be easy to slip into the shadow side of Virgo, worry, anxiety and self-criticism. There may be overwhelm, the Moon may effect you emotionally. Instead of getting drawn into the stress and worry see what practical steps you can take in any given situation, whether its big changes in the world, or on a more personal level. The Virgo Moon is very discerning and practical. Uranus offers support by making a trine to the Moon, What are the creative solutions that weren’t previously available? There could be sudden changes for the better with a ‘yes I can do this’ attitude.
Saturn conjunct the Sun opposing the Moon, could mean serious choices to be made about what to do next. Mercury is at 9 degrees Aries, the same point where the solar eclipse will be activated. During the two week period leading up to the solar eclipse its a good time think about the next chapter in your life. However with Mercury going retrograde on the 15th there may be a lot of rethinking involved. Venus remains retrograde until April the 13th, she leaves Aries on March the 27th and returns to Pisces for the solar eclipse. This could be a time when you feel the need to revaluate your relationships, partners, female friends, and pay attention to financial matters.
Saturn is 22 degrees and Neptune 29 degrees in Pisces, they join forces in Aries on May 25th. Saturn and Neptune conjunctions can represent the collapse of structures, whatever looks like its falling away in your life could completely disperse when the planets meet. Don’t send time trying to build on something that’s coming to an end let it go and build something new.
