The natal chart is an imprint of the unique configuration of what was going on in the heavens at the moment of your birth. Everything that makes up a natal chart; the planets, zodiac signs, houses and angles is a filter through which you see and experience the world.
As a professional actor I work and connect with the natal chart as a theatre production. The planets are the characters in the play. The zodiac signs give flavour and texture to the planet characters, they help us to understand the temperament and motivation of the characters.
The houses are the area of life where the action takes place and the type of conditioning we receive. Just as there is a cast of characters on stage there’s a cast of characters in you! Each planet carries an archetype within you that is sometimes prominent and sometimes hidden away.
For example; the Moon needs safety, the Sun express our hearts desire, Mercury gives us the urge to communicate, Venus values love and pleasure, Mars drives us to direct our energy.
